About the Role:
Exceptional Pediatric Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Houston, TX! Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, fluency, voice, and communication disorders
  • Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) therapy services to children and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/IFSPs) based on assessment findings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and educators
  • Conduct standardized and dynamic assessments in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, and reports
  • Educate and coach parents and caregivers on home practice strategies and therapy goals
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Texas state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy
  • Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) a plus
  • Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented professional with strong communication skills
